Broker-Dealers (Fewer Than 1000 Advisors): Thought Leadership
Sigma Financial Corporation (Sigma) greatly enhanced its NextGen Fusion program this past year. This initiative started by investing in newly licensed advisors offering mentorship, support, guidance, and education by partnering with outside vendors, existing advisors within the firm, and various service and support departments throughout the company. Over the last year, we have expanded these services to also focus on college students and administrative assistants of current representatives, providing monetary assistance to help aid these unlicensed individuals in following a career path to becoming licensed financial professionals.
Broker-Dealers (Fewer Than 1000 Advisors): Corporate Social Responsibility/Diversity
