Amplifying Your Value Insight to Action Consulting Program
Schwab Advisor Services’ Amplifying Your Value consulting program helps to show independent advisors how a well-developed marketing strategy can unlock opportunities beyond referrals alone, generate new clients, and impact firm performance. Launched in April 2019, the 8-12 week program helps RIAs design marketing strategies that are aligned with their firms’ ideal client persona and growth objectives. The program also helps to provide actionable insights on how to optimize digital presence, delivers an approach for developing targeted messaging, and establishes a foundation for assessing the performance of marketing efforts. Guiding Principle Series: Expanding Ownership White Paper
Schwab Advisor Services’ Guiding Principle Series delivers relevant and timely information to help RIAs solve their unique challenges and strategically manage and grow their firms. The “Expanding ownership: leveraging firm equity to maximize talent and accelerate growth” white paper helps advisors develop an initial equity program or improve an existing one. It brings together concepts from experts in the field, provides case studies that illustrate the specific programs firms have implemented, and follows a hypothetical firm through valuation and the sale of 1% of the business. The paper contains a step-by-step framework that includes discussion points, key decisions, and considerations to help advisors navigate their options and develop a custom approach that fits their firm.
